II. ELIGIBILITY

The PING MOBILE MYSTERY COUPON PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is offered and open to legal residents of the United States (except residents of California, Ohio, Florida, Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of PING MOBILE LLC ("Ping Mobile"), its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, judges and legal advisors, and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decision of Ping Mobile, both of which are final and binding in all respects. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. The Promotion shall begin on February 16, 2006 and continue through the last day of MAY 2006.

III. HOW TO ENTER

There is only ONE way to win the Promotion. A PingRewardsT customer must (i) registers for the service through Web registration or SMS registration and (ii) chooses at least one (1) retailer, (ii) and redeem the coupon at participating retail locations (the "Eligible Participant"). One coupon will be randomly selected to be the mystery coupon and once redeemed will receive two (2) Visa gift cards of $250.00 increments each. Subject to provisions herein, the Winner may be eligible for future promotions. The winner will be notified via text message and email if email address has been provided

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Eligible Participant, the entry will be credited to the rightful owner of the email address submitted at time of entry. In other words, the Eligible Participant means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Ping Mobile is not responsible for:

(a) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in submissions, operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Ping Mobile on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof;

(b) any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, you: (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Ping Mobile, which is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in your disqualification from the Promotion. Further, Ping Mobile reserve the right to: (a) permanently disqualify you or any other person from this Promotion that it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules, and (b) suspend and/or withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Promotion), and to select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to such withdrawal.

IV. DRAWING

One Coupon (the "Mystery Coupon") will be selected by randomly from the PingRewardsT database.

The potential Winner will be notified via text message and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, and where legal, a Publicity Release. If the potential Winner does not reply to such notification, the notification is undeliverable after up to three (3) attempts and/or the Affidavit (and Publicity Release, if applicable) is not signed and returned to Ping Mobile within seven (7) days of Ping Mobile's email Grand Prize notification, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing.

V. GRAND PRIZE

There will only be ONE prize awarded in the Promotion. The Winner will receive two (2) Visa gift certificates in the amount of $250 each (the "Grand Prize").

The Grand Prize is non-transferable except in Ping Mobile's sole determination. No substitutions are permitted except if the Grand Prize is unavailable.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $US 500.00.

VI. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Where permitted by law, the Winner's acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the grant of an irrevocable and unconditional right for Ping Mobile, and those acting pursuant to its direction or control, to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including the Internet, at any time or times, the Winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news for information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notification, review or approval.

Eligible Participants of the Promotion expressly release and agree to hold harmless Ping Mobile, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to both person and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Grand Prize, participation in this Promotion or participation in any Promotion related activity. Ping Mobile does not provide any warranty whatsoever to the Winner for the Grand Prize, and each Winner shall look only to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement.

Ping Mobile does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, including, without limitation, human error, printing errors, lost/delayed/illegible data and information, omissions, deletions, defects or failures.

Ping Mobile reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines, in its sole discretion, has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion in any manner or to be in violation of these Official Rules. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Promotion is compromised, becomes corrupted in any way or is not capable of running as planned due to unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, as determined by Ping Mobile in its sole discretion, Ping Mobile reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

To request the name of the Winner, send an email to Ping Mobile at Promotion@ping-mobile.com.  The name of the winner will also be posted at www.pingrewards.com.
